Disabled Access

We currently have two levels to our building. The main floor is accessible by wheelchair but unfortunately downstairs isnt BUT dresses can and do get brought to the upstairs fitting rooms to be tried on. If you or a member of your family attending the appointment is in need of wheelchair access, please let us know when booking the appointment and we will make sure it is safe and ready for your arrival

All Prom bookings MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by a parent/parents to their appointment. If only a sister, boyfriend or friend comes with them, they will not be allowed to commence the appointment without a parent or grandparent present.

Due to our huge response last year, we can only allow one "big" shopping appointment per prom customer to make sure everyone has their chance to shop with us
